It provides useful national, state/territory and local settlement information for migrants, humanitarian entrants, their sponsors and service providers. This information is available to download in English and 37 community languages.

Australian Red Cross Tracing and Refugee Service

Every year thousands of families across the world are separated in the midst of conflict, natural disasters or other events with a humanitarian impact. In Australia the Red Cross Tracing Service is part of the International Red Cross tracing network operating in 178 countries to exchange family news, re-establish contact or clarify the fate of the missing. It is a unique service provided free of charge to the public.

My Language website provides access to worldwide search engines, web directories, government websites, digital library projects and media links in over 60 languages other than English. It includes Wikipedia, the biggest multilingual open access encyclopaedia on the internet. MyLanguage is a national initiative between state libraries to increase access to online information for diverse communities.
